my friend was in the hospital from a car accident, and he had part of his skull removed to relieve swelling on the brain. well, 2 days later, his blood pressure began dropping, then a day and a half later, he passed away. the doctors said because his blood pressure got to low, he died in his "medicated sleep." IS THIS POSSIBLE!? He just passed away last night, and I can't believe its true. It sounds so fixable, why isn't it possible? HE DIDN"T SURVIVE =(

I pretty sure I have a kidney stone, because I had one earlier this summer and it feels the same way. I've been drinking water and cranberry juice until it comes out of my ears...but seriously is there anything else I can do?

You know what I mean. I am 13 years old girl and my weight is 45 kg and I am 1.65 m tall. I would like to get a recipies for healthy diet (Not loss weight diets). I just want to straight my stomach because it is quite big. Add links as many possible you can and advices will be great. So you've got all the informations 'bout me and I just want to improve my diet and straight my stomach.

On thursday, I broke out in this really bad rash on my arms and legs. I went to the dr and she said its probably a virus rah caused by my cold that I had. Well the next day it got worse and spread everywhere else, even my face, feet and hands. This morning when I woke up my hands were so swollen I could not even close them! I went to quick care, and they gave me a shot and told me it was an allergic reaction to something. The only thing I have done different is about a week and a half ago I started taking centrum. Could there be something in there that I am reacting to? Could it be from a virus? I have never had anything like this happen to me before, and I sure dont want it to happen again, this has been a miserable few days!! If anyone out there has any help to offer, I would greatly appreciate it!

I'm about 5'10 and 145-150 pounds.

I'm not in great shape.. I was in pretty good shape about a year ago and about 160 pounds, but even then I really only did cardio and pushups/situps and that was once every two days for about an hour and a half - two hours.

If I start eating protein bars often, working out every day, maybe even pulling some 2 a days and giving myself a day here and there to rest.. how much bigger could I get by the end of May?

I don't think i'm a diabetic but i get low sugar levels sometimes
like today i hadn't eaten anything and i started getting really dizzy and confused.."fogged out" THIS HAS ONLY HAPPENED TWICE AND THE LAST TIME IT HAPPENED IT WAS A FEW MONTHS AGO i looked this up and it said my blood sugar must be low

DO people have low blood sugar levels even if they aren't a diabetic??

i'm confused on this whole diabetic thing

My son was diagnosed at 3 months and has had lots of urine infections. But he always has blood in his water even if he hasn't got a water infection. I'm worried about it but the hospital are dragging their feet and I seem to see a different doctor every time. I'm worried about my sons future.

My mom calls me a hypochondriac...i'm 16 and I don't try to be..I HONESTLY DON'T
my dad is this way and so was his father...
Is there anything I can do to stop all this mess..

I need shoulder surgery and have been seeing a Dr. since Dec. After a battery of tests and monthly visits to his office, he didn't even remember why I was there. He came in the room looked at my chart and said "you pulled a muscle and you need physcal therepy." ( Iv' been in therepy since Dec.) At my last appointment he told me I needed surgery so I was confused and asked him if the torn muscle had healed and he said "what torn muscle?" After looking at my chart again he said "oh yes well here it is you need surgery." So here is my question. Should I let a Dr. who can't even remember me after treating me for 5 months cut me open? What do you think?

The child is 2 years old he's had exema since birth, it itches, turns red, he swells and something like water oozes from him. The doctors have him bathing in cephacil and bleach and he uses a medication that rubs on that contains steroids. It doesn't really help. His skin is rough also and gets sores on it. Can anyone shed any light as to what else might could be used to help him. It's really bad and covers most of his body.
