Do you have a shoulder problem? If so, your doctor may have said "adhesive capsulitis". The capsule of the shoulder, the connective tissue that surrounds the joint, has become tight/restricted to the point that it is restricting the joint motion.

You may require some physical therapy to relieve your pain and help to restore the motion.

Go to APTA.org, click on "find a PT", and search your home area. Good luck!

So, why didn't you ask the doctor?

There is no such thing as Adhesive ceprulitis. You need to ask your doctor what it is you have.
