If you are interested in toning and firming the tummy and the abs try Belly Dancing. There are some good d.v.d's on this form of exercise at your public library. You can target fat burning with many of the exercises. Hope this inspires you to try Belly Dancing. Borrowing the D.V.D's from the library you can do the exercises in the privacy of your home!

Again, there is no such thing as toning a specific muscle or bodypart. Every single person on this planet has muscle tone, they just can't see it. However, you can increase the appearance of muscle tone by losing fat.

Pilates work for anypart of the body that you want to tone. There are plenty of magazines and DVDs that you can purchase and follow the steps. Depending on what you try depends on the results you see and how quick you see them.

Do alot of cardio! Running, cross trainer! And i noticed that Kickboxing is good for your abs to! They focus on that the last 10 mins of the class!
