im not going to start yelling go to a doctor to you it looks like you have enough of that instead ill tell you what i know. I myself have PCOS, but i go longer than 2 months with out a period sometimes close to a year if i dont take meds to help control it. Second diabetes is something that can easily be tested for and is not life treating nor is PCOS. now to the mental problems, i didnt see my brother but my husband did kill himself and it is very painful i know, and i couldnt even Begin to imagine the pain if i had seen it.. i truly feel you on this. and if your parent cant see where you may need help, maybe it not only you that has a problem. I have 3 children and i know how terribly they have been hurt and that was one of the first appointments i made for them was to see their doctor and to a consular. There are a lot of thing that can go wrong inside your body when you have so much intense pain as what you have. I know i have it to. I thought maybe i was a hypochondriac but my doctor explained it to me like : IBS irritable bowle syndrome, medically they can find no reason you should be in any pain but you are, but they do know that the pain is real so they treat it accordingly. So no i dont think you are over reacting and i dont think your pain or fears are unreal but i do think they can all be cured with the right help.

Did you know that missed periods are mainly caused by stress and high testosterone levels. PCOS is not something you have if you have missed periods I am currently being tested for PCOS and let me ask you a couple of questions, Do you have a full beard, Hair on your back or chest and I don't mean peach fuzz. I haven't had periods for over 12 years o'yeah do you have multiple cyst on your ovaries? Can you ovulate? With PCOS you have allot of fur, you want to sleep all day and you don't ovulate. I personally think that you should see a psychiatrist for mental problems, I am not saying that you are mental but you might want to get allot of those feeling out about your Brother. Sorry for your loss!!!
Their is nothing wrong with going to a shrink better fix it now while your young cause when you get older you get set in your ways. They can help you with your Hypochondriac problem.
Also about Diabetes you getting dizzy and fogged out could be caused by you stressing over what ailments that you have

I don't know about everything, but I do have PCOS and from the time I was 14 I knew something was wrong. The diabetic part of it could very well be tied to PCOS, one MAJOR symptom is insulin resistance which leads to type two diabeties. Please see your gynocologist and tell him or her that you have done research on PCOS and think you may have it, it's not too early to start treatment. Do a google search on PCOS and you will find alot of information, and support groups!
I am very sorry about your brother, you need to talk to a professional about that, try grief counselling.
Good Luck!

Trust me I get the same way. I always feel sick or get the deiese of the week. I know just how you feel. Your mom is not taking you seriously and you really want to talk to some one go to a teen health clinic. They will point you in the right direction. Another thing I am on a low dose of anti depressants and they have helped me calm down. You need to talk to a therapist about your brother, Please remember it will never help to kill your self. All things change and in the blink of the eye. So try to work through your problems as soon as possibe. Good luck E-MAIL me if you want.

write a list of all the things that you do, and how they make you feel, before you explain it 2 a doctor. It still happens to me sometimes, but I tell myself to chill out constantly and focus more on why it cant be happening after a few times, i get distracted with daily life activities and dont think about about until some other time.
I totally understand you, I led myself to believe I had an a deadly disease, until i got negative results 4 times, did I realize that I had to control those negative thoughts, good luck sweeetie!

You are having mental problems, go see a psychiatrist and they can help you work through your problems with being a hypochondriac.
You're probably not having periods & fogging out all the time due to poor nutrition. Stop eating **** for food!!!!! Eat healthy stuff, McDonald's and potato chips are not on the food pyramid.

Cutie, you have problems but you are not alone. I think your mom might just be a little overwhelmed herself. Is there someone else in your life that you trust, a teacher or someone at Church, maybe? or do you live near a YMCA? What I am getting at is that these people could maybe get you some counseling. You may have these problems for real or they may be in your head but something needs to get out! In the mean time, I want you to get a notebook and every day I want you to write 6 things, okay? Three things that you love about yourself, you Cutie; and three things that you are grateful for. OK? They can be the same three things every day for a year but please do it. And get yourself some counseling. And please, don't ever forget that you are special just the way God made you.
Love,
Cathy

I don't know about the other things, but Diabetes is a very specific condition and you need a laundry list of symptoms AND verified lab test results that can have you diagnosed with Diabetes. Being dizzy/foggy isn't indicative of Diabetes. If you feel you really have it, you should get a blood test done, and that will definitely prove or disprove that you have this or not.

yes, you need to see a doctor to help you grief for your brother.
PCOS is not a disease..it's a syndrom and you need to see a gyn. she can put you on the pill so that you can get your period. lots and lots of women live with pcos. How do you know you have have it? Did you get diagnosed? I find it very unlikely that you have already pcos with age 16. Please see a doctor. Also for being dizzy and fooged out...try to have some good nutrious meals. A good breakfast, lunch and dinner and also carry a few nutrious snacks with you.
But mention all of this to your doctor.

Of the problems that you have listed the one that stands out the most to me is that you saw your brother commit suicide, I am neither a therapist or in the medical field I just call it the way I see it.
Think if you seek the help of a councilor or therapist you may find your symptoms dissipating over time. Good Luck.
