eat a balanced diet,lose it slowly 2-3 pounds a week , don't try any of those fad diets, they just make things worst, and exercise even the most simple things like taking a walk would help , if you really want to pick up the pace run and jog 4-6 times a week and do weight training .

Cut out all white food: flour, starch (pasta, bread, potatoes), sugar, etc. Don't eat after 8:00 p.m. Drink minimum of 8 glasses of water daily, and keep a diary of everything that goes into your mouth. To speed all this up, walk 30-60 minutes daily.
Easier said than done, right?

it's weight and i'd say just eat healthy and excercise.
