I'm about 5'10 and 145-150 pounds.

I'm not in great shape.. I was in pretty good shape about a year ago and about 160 pounds, but even then I really only did cardio and pushups/situps and that was once every two days for about an hour and a half - two hours.

If I start eating protein bars often, working out every day, maybe even pulling some 2 a days and giving myself a day here and there to rest.. how much bigger could I get by the end of May?

Well, I'd love to be at 170.. but I don't know if that's realistic, that's why I'm asking you health nuts. :D

im not a trainer so i don't kno how big you can get, but one thing you don't want to do is work out every if your trying to build your body. you need to rest between workouts for atleast 24-48 hours so your body can rebuild itself.

Ask yourself how big do you want to get by May and work towards the goal . This is a question for yourself actually, not us.

your going to have to really push yourself, i think that protein shakes are more effective than the bar's also try getting your protein from meats and veggies two. and keep up with your weight training and cardio.
