Calm down. Take some deep breaths. You are not helping the situation by starting to freak out. Your friend is not going to bleed to death there, right? No.
If your freaking out you're only making the situation worse.

Go find a nurse or a doctor yourself and tell them what is happening and that he is seriously ill and to get their butt in there now!

Sound's like he has bleeding ulcer .He could die ,Get to the nurse SOON and tell her ,He could be hemoraging .And bleed to death,Hope this helpsBev
