Your blood sugar can be out of whack without you actually being a diabetic. This often happens when your body has developed a sensitivity to simple carbohydrates (sugar, pasta, white bread, potatoes, starchy fruits and starchy vegetables).

Here are some signs that your blood sugar might be out of control. How many of these do you have?: hungry between meals, cravings for sweets or coffee, irritable before meals (or when skipping a meal), shakiness when hungry, faint if food is delayed, tired all the time, depressed, can't fall asleep easily, waking during the night, fearful, difficulty making decisions, difficulty concentrating, poor memory, worried a lot, feel insecure, emotional, moodiness, headaches, slow starting in the morning, poor motivation, fatigue relieved by food, excessive thirst, nervous stomach or cramps, heart burn, blurred vision, lightheaded or dizzy, lack of coordination, excessive sweating, frequent urination.

If you have several of these symptoms, you can break the cycle by cutting out all pasta, rice, bread, potatoes and starchy fruits and vegetables, and sugar for two weeks. If you have a blood sugar problem you will crave everything in sight and probably feel horrible for about two days while your body adjusts. Then suddenly you will begin to fell completely different. You won't crave or miss any of the food you aren't eating. You will feel better throughout the day and won't feel the urgency to eat "right now or else."

After the two weeks you can re-evaluate and begin adding in small amounts of the foods you have dropped off, paying attention to how they make you feel. You may find that you don't care about those foods much anymore and are quite happy eating fresh fruits and vegetables and small amounts of meat and fish. You may find that you suddenly enjoy nuts and grainy breads and whole grain pasta and oatmeal and no longer want processed foods.

This was my experience.

It can happen if you haven't eaten, and if you're tired as well. We can all become a little anemic if our blood sugar is low, even if there is no diabetes. In the future, don't go an entire day without eating so you won't experience this. Also, I would tell your doctor just to let him know and so maybe he can run some tests, just to make sure you're not diabetic.

A person may not instantly feel love, cause love can take time, trust and to earnestly respect the other in spite of the better things they've shown or shared...Somebody could have helped You but then it isn't always a wonderful experience at times. Though yet, at least You may also be (feel) grateful by appreciating the good things that it had brought to guide and help, By not causing them any trouble or pain. Most of all, by doing the things You should to improve what they've contributed into Your life. Have a wonderful moment..! Sometimes it takes the courage and strength to show the better way. But it should also be with an honest intent, free from malice and selfish schemes or self serving.

all foods contain sugar whether it's direct or indirectly as it gets broken down, if you hadn't ate anything today of course your going to have low sugar levels that will result in being dizzy, or faint, as well as abnormal heart beats.

I also read your other ?, and if your really are a hypochondriac why dont you reasearch solutions to the simple problems as well, thats what I did, and this also helped in my relief.
