You know what I mean. I am 13 years old girl and my weight is 45 kg and I am 1.65 m tall. I would like to get a recipies for healthy diet (Not loss weight diets). I just want to straight my stomach because it is quite big. Add links as many possible you can and advices will be great. So you've got all the informations 'bout me and I just want to improve my diet and straight my stomach.

Walking and strength training should help. I also just read that a hula hoop is good for ab toning.
