im 13 years old [my birthday is actually today] and ive been crying all day every day for the past month. ive been waay depressed and stressed out because i want to lose weight [im at 110lbs, 5ft at the moment] my goal is to be 90lbs cuz i want to be an actress one day. my boyfriend has been trying to help me but for some reason i wont let him. i dont want him to think i just dont care anymore. what should i do?

ok. i shaved my pubic hair with a razor and like after a week it itches like hell!!! cant do anything it is sooooo not confortible.. its not on the skin i shaved its on the other side of the skin.and i guess i itched that part too hard and now its all swallowed . it was around a month ago .. is there any way to make it stop? i mean i heard about vagasil and stuff but can somebody under 18 buy it without like a doctor permission.and i cant go to a doctor cuz i cant telll that to my parents it will just be embaressing . I'm not sure which teeth whiteners actually work... and I don't want the white blotches on my teeth, even if they say that they will go away, I can't trust that. I'm not looking for bright white just more of a mother-of-pearl color, more natural.

I'm 15 and in the past 3 months I've gained about... 20 lbs. I haave ALWAYS been skinny, staying fit was never a problem. I got put on the Depo shot and ever since then I cannot seem to lose weight. I feel like there's no hope. I can't take diet pills because I have trouble swallowing them. How can I lose weight while waiting for the Depo to wear off? I feel so helpless.

Well im around 5.8 and weigh 180's im trying to get to 150 im curently drinking 3-4 liters of water daily and running 0.5-1.0 miles daily. Im currently trying to eat breakfast to get my metabolism started in the morning since i didn't eat breakfast before. And cutting down on fats.

Is it possible to lose 30 pounds like this in under 4 months? The less number of months the better

Any tips to give your metabolism a jump start in the morning to burn more calories?

next day he started having bloody bowel movements, and his wife describes it as having a heavy period. My older brother brother was diagnosed with having colon cancer and and is not doing very well. has anyone had this kind of symptoms? He has been to the dr and the dr just prescribed something for it, but I find it strange that he was never recommended to go to a specialist that deals with this sort of thing.

I've never had a fasting blood glucose test higher than 106. The past few months, I've never had a fasting blood glucose test higher than 99... I've never had a reading 1 or 2 hours after eating higher than 103.. Is it possible that I'm diabetic even with the levels that are so close to the norm?

im 13 im 5'3 and a half, and i weigh about 114lbs... and my shoe size is a 9 (blah it sucks they look like clown shoes!!) i dont think that im the right weight... i think im too fat and i think that is all on my stomach and thighs and i wear a size 3 or sometimes 4 jeans.... i just feel so... heavy.... what can i do to loose weight (im already involved in lots of sports and dance so dont say to join a sport!)? am i even the right weight? will i grow anymore????????

whn you see her do you think she's underweight or normal..........my body kinda look like hers, but my bmi say I'm normal weight....was just wondering what people think when they first see me.
