Cynthia is right about the health aspects, so let me re-emphasize them as being correct rather than retyping them.
However, it can also be something as simple as anxiety or stress which can keep you from relaxing enough to completely empty your bladder.
It can also be caused by drinking caffienated beverages or cranberry juice, or any other diuretic which causes you to urinate more.
Although it may seem like the wrong way to go on first glance, you should try drinking a lot more clear water, not caffiene or sugar containing drinks.
You should drink about 1/2 your body weight in pounds, converted to ounces per day for a while and flush out your system. It signals the urinary tract to relax and cleans it out and heads off a number of problems that can be causing the problem.
So if you weigh 200 lbs, you need to drink 100 oz of water per day to get your urinary tract well flushed out.

If you need to urinate every minute but only a few drops are coming out, you may have a urinary tract infection (UTI) or a sexually transmitted infection (STI).
If you do not treat your UTI you could develop a bladder or kidney infection. UTI symptoms include burning frequent urination. You can treat a UTI by buysing Uristat, drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice. Then try to hold the urine until you can urinate in a more normal steady flow rather than drip by drip. This will help to clear you out. If you continue to have the symptoms, you can make an appointment and visit your doctor.
However, these same burning frequent urination symptoms can be caused by sexually transmitted infections (UTI). If you are having unprotected sexual contact you can visit your local Planned Parenthood clinic to be tested. It is better to be treated and tested than to spread and/or suffer with the infection.
You can read more at the links provided below to explore your symptoms. You may want to schedule an appointment to see a medical professional Monday morning. It is probably not an emergency. Increasing your fluid intake and holding your urine for about 1 hour between urinations should help reduce the pain with your symptoms to flush out the infection.

depends on your age and the specific symptoms.
if you are older, look into checking your prostate.
if you are younger, maybe you just have a small bladder.
and if it's neither of those, maybe it could be some infection or viral disease.
no matter what, check with the doctor and you will have the answer for sure, rather than random people guessing.

Are you drinking a lot? You might have a urinary tract infection if you aren't drinking a lot.
