Your weight is fine, you have a Body Mass index of 20.2, normal range is 18.5 -24.9 so your fine, unless you have a very petite body then you could add a couple of points to that number and you are still well within a healthy weight. With size 9 feet you're probably going to end up being 6' tall

Relac there more important things to worry about like homework, just keep doing what your doing

I know you probably don't want to hear this but you sound pretty healthy. Maybe the best things to do would be just to accept you current weight (which is definitely not fat). Then once you have accepted yourself your feelings of being "heavy" will go away. It seems body image issues are unavoidable no matter who you are, but being as you are so young, I really hope that you will learn to cope with them now, so they don't haunt you later.

And just in case you we wondering your BMI is 20.2, which is at the low range of what is considered "normal weight".

omg, you are so not fat! Teenage years suck the worst. You'll grow into your body as you mature. Dont damage yourself by trying to diet and wear your body out with stress. If you are eating healthy and it sounds like you get plenty of exercise, you are on the right track! You'll grow more everyday but you will grow more beautiful!
Love these years, they'll be over before you know it. :)

I'm puttin' myself down here, but I'm 11, 5'2, and 130 pounds. But i'm not fat. My shape is fine, but I'd like to be thinner. You are definitely not fat. Just exercise, but do it comfortably, not to an extent of where you feel uncomfortable. Eat healthy, but enjoy fun snacks sometimes, too. I'm on a swim team. Maybe you should join an athletic team.

Since you are already eating healthy, I recommend you to start exercising. Thirty minutes a day is perfect. 5 days of cardio and 3 days of toning. Buy or check out fitness books. Good luck!

I wouldn't worry to much. You're wearing a size 3...I wish I could! Talk to your doctor about it the next time you see him/her. In the meantime, eat healthy and stay active.
