I'm healthy, relatively fit, eat a good diet and get 7-8 hours sleep a night - but I'm always tired! Any ideas how to combat this?

I have a prescription (it's only for birth control) that was written out for me in January. They had given me a sample there at the office to use for a month, so I didn't have to fill the prescription until now. Do you think they will still let me fill the 2 1/2 month old prescription?

I take meds for migraines sometimes/most likely caused by allergies, been to allergist which was a bust, family doc has given me singular as a last resort (I've tried all the others so please be Singulair specific). I'm primarily worried about the possible side effect of "headache" since I'm prone to them and I haven't found anything specific to that on the web. Thanks!

Ok, so, 3 years ago I was 5'6" & I have been shrinking at a rate of 0.5 " (half an inch) per year. This has all been measured by my doctor at my physical every year & each time, they do it twice (using different measuring thingy's ) to double check it. I do not have scoliosis 9that was what they first checked for) &, just recently (last month) had a bone density test done & my bones are actually stonger than normal (so it's not osterporosis).

Does anyone know what can be causing me to shrink & what to do to make sure I don't anymore? ( I also have a high level of calcuim & vitamin D in my system, so, I cannot intake any more calcium....actually have been told to cut back after the test said that my bones are stronger than normal...so it has nothing to do with not enough calcium)

Oh, &, I'm only 26. (so it has nothing to do with being menopausal or anything)

It's up the side of my leg and it isnt my knee or my ankle itself hurting. It hurts enough that I have to stop running before I get tired and I feel like I am fighting the whole run. It feels like it is a muscle pain. I havent run for a while and I could stand to lose a few pounds. It might be that my stride is too short. Any ideas how to remedy this?

I have a very stuffed up nose and i cant breath. i have to breath out my mouth. i take medicine everyday and night.
