This always makes me feel energised -

Salmon and asparagus pasta. serves 2

What you need-
*2 portions of pasta (cooked)
*half a packet of low fat cream cheese philladelphia lite or whatevery (the small rectangular packets with the plastic lids)
*Asparagus (lots of) Chop of the tips/spears off the asparagus boil the rest of them til there soft and you can pop a fork through them easily(not the manky bit on the end though chop it off and chuck it away)
Then steam the tips for a few mins
* Smoked salmon ripped into bits

What to do -
Blend the boiled asparagus with the cream cheese once blended mix with the pasta chuck the salmon in and the tips of the asparagus. and serve. mmmm delicious

can swap the cream cheese for creme fresh if you fancy it, if i do that though i dont normally blend the creme fresh and asparagus together, depends what you like.

Always makes me feel energised after eating this, is especially good for hangovers lol!!
