Try to avoid oily, deep fried, cheesy, dairy products. **JUNK FOODS***
For e.g : Fried rice, fried noodles, fried chicken, sausage(hard to digest), burgers, steaks, mayonnaise, cream cheese & loads.
Once a week is just nice. Just dont over eating it. Eat lots of bananas, apples, oranges & drink lots of mineral water & fresh juices with no sugar added. Im not a big fan of fizzy drinks except 100 plus or excel or whatevers related with isotonic drinks. Mineral water is very important!! & Exercise more often. :) I prefer jogging..I dont like weightlifting.

You should try to avoid junk food (anything with high calorie and fat content, but really no nutritional value). But make sure you don't deprive yourself. If you don't let yourself have anything "bad" then you may not be able to stick with your diet. If you are going to eat something that isn't good for you, just make sure it is a small portion, and don't do it all the time.

Avoid pasta, sweets, and read about "clay" trying to take it three weeks in a month, a week without clay and after that three weeks again, your body will have the minerals he needs
and if you eat just to live and not more...you'll see the result.
