my partner is 25 a smoker and heart disease is in his family ie his father and grand father which im worried about as i dont know the symptoms

Hi, Not knowing his age and previous health issues I would have him see a doctor asap and if it gets worse get to the ER It's best to go now and not at 3am in the morning and struggling to breathe and also you should ask for a blood test for diabetis. Good Luck .... Reg

Call the doctor asap or, just take him to the ER. With symptoms like that, you can never be too safe.

sounds like it could be diabetes tell him to go to the Dr where they will do a simple blood test it just could be a trapped nerve
