Well you shouldn't even if you can. If you are losing weight that fast, it is only going to be water weight, which will come back as soon as you start eating and hydrating again. Even more dire, you metabolism will slow to a dead crawl, meaning that you will end up gaining an immense amount of weight very quickly once you start eating again, because it will metabolize so slowly. If you starve yourself, your body goes into survival mode and hangs out to all the fat it can. This is counter-productive.

My suggestion: Aim for 1 pound per week. A mixture of a healthy balanced diet and excercise will help you achieve this. If you can cut out 500 calories a day (200 burned in gym, 300 out of diet, or however you want to split it up) will give you 3500 calories a week that you are burning. 1 pound takes 3500 calories to burn, so you will be in business.

It really doesn't take a ton of work, and is very worth it in the end to do this. Eat healthy, do a little bit of excercise, and it will become a routine you'll be glad you started.

You can't do it in a healthy way. Seriously, if you lose more than 2 lbs a week it's probably not fat that you're losing. People usually lose quite a bit the first week because they lose some water weight. Most diets are lower in sodium than what they're used to, so they lose a few pounds of water. After that, you lose about two pounds of fat and anything else is muscle. Losing muscle isn't healthy or effective. The only healthy way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories and exercise more. Sorry. I know that's not the answer you were looking for, but it's the truth. Good luck.
