Fasting is a great thing for your body. Digesting food takes so much of our bodies energy that it distracts it from doing healing and purging. If you are going to fast first you want to do some major reading.. google away.
Dont fast less than 4 days. The first two are the hardest. After that the hunger pangs go away.
Remember that you dont have to go all the way to a water only fast. You can do juice fasts or very limited food fasts but then you will usually be hungry all the time.

3-5 days is a short term fast. Stay hydrated with water. It can be very good if you do it right. Best if you don't have any serious medical stuff at the present. Physically, it allows all of your organs to focus only on cleaning out what's in them and that is very good. Your organs are continuously taxed with processing what's coming in to them, they need a break to clean house, if you will.

Fasting is never a good thing, no matter how long you do it. It slows down your metabolism dramatically. Short term fasting is like a week, and thats still a long time. I wouldn't advise it..

Supposedly sure. Get's rid of the pollution. I have best been equipped to stick on one for approximately 2 days. Go to Yahoo corporations and become a member of some of the fasting corporations and notice how they consider approximately it.

No. Contrary to popular opinion, you need to eat in order to burn calories. The problem most of us have is that we eat the wrong things. To lose weight, cut out sugar, starches and carbs. Eat more meat and vegetables. Nuts are good snack. And watch your portions. Be mindful of the eating you do for reasons other than that you are hungry (i.e., boredom, a need for control, etc.).

No its not good to fast becaue when you fast, your body goes into famine mode so when you have your next meal your body stores all the fat so it can keep the energy and whatever.

Fasting is gud not starving....when people fast they ensure that they have had a gud meal before...and they do it for a definite period of time..mostly 12-13 hours.

its horrible it slows you matbilism wich in the long run causes you to gain weight what muslims do is fast durring the day and eat as much as they want at night but doing it for just about an entire day is realy bad
