I have sleep anea... I worried as hell one of these days I wont wake up because I wasnt able to breath during the night... Im in college.. I dont have much money/time to be going from dr to dr etc..... what can I do just to improve my sleeping... like a temporary solution until I can afford to get medical threatment?

I have a friend who really wants to gain weight. She's 110 lbs but she's like 5'10". She's tried everything from pasta, to protein shakes. Any ideas?

P.S. Personally I think she looks GREAT the way she is now, but she insists on gaining a little weight.

I get a few big pimples on my face everyonce in a while. Could it be because of how I shave. I am 25 years and never had a problem with acne. But, now that I have to shave more often , it seems like I get a few big pimples on my face. I have been shaving every 3 or 4 days. So when I do shave , I am shaving through some heavy whiskers. Do you think I should shave every day to eliminate those pimples?

Yeah, it's weird, I know. However, if I drink A) a small amount of something acidic (coke, pickle juice, etc.) or B) drink lots of water it's perfectly fine.

Been like this for a long time and...well...I love milk.

I just found this out 5 mins ago...we live in calif, she, in Texas. Her husbands in Iraq and she has 2 lil babys 4 and 8 months. They took her to the military hospital and We just learned the flying her to an Austin, Texas Hospital....What could happen to her....will she be ok.Shes 26 and has had Diabetes since she was 6. please let us know we need some I deas of whats going to happen.Family is already inroute for Austin Texas Via Airplane.Thanks.

I'm 13 and am trying to use tampons for the first time. I was getting nauseous when I was trying to insert the tampon, but that stopped. Now, whenever I get the tampon in, it slides back out! I think that I might be putting it in the wrong opening, but whenever I try to put it in up higher, it won't move at all. I don't want to keep trying to force it into a hole that won't let the tampon in because its making me sore down there, but I REALLY want to use tampons! Does anyone know why it won't go in and does anyone have any tips on getting it in there and making it stay? Thanks in advance!

ok Im going for a chest x-ray. I will wear a cotton shirt and a training bra with no metal clasps or buttons or anything like that do you have to change for a chest x-ray .. on a teen girl I have sore ribs there for is a chest xray even needed?? can you tell the tech people I dont want to change into a gown when Im wearind aceptible clothing???
