Oral B-soft.Soft bristles should be use.But toothbrush alone can't keep the teeth white.Either you use a whitening toothpaste(sometimes it works for some individuals, sometimes it does not),whitening strips(like Crest),or bleaching(either take home or office bleaching). Also, try to avoid foods or substances that will make the teeth yellow or darker(if not avoid, minimal consumption).Better yet, consult your dentist for other inquiries.

The toothbrush is not as important as using it frequently and regularly. Keeping white teeth requires eliminating from your diet colas, chocolate, coffee and anything with food coloring. Also smoking stains teeth horrible

For many years I used nothing but Oral B brushes. Then my son gave me a Sonicare brush for a Mother's Day gift. After using it, I felt like I had just had had my teeth cleaned. It's wonderful. Everybody needs one. I know they are expensive, but I believe you will save money on dental bills if you get one. My son's gums inproved even though he won't floss daily.

I love my Oral B Triumph -- it has an extra power polishing head with a rubber cup in it -- it's supposed to get teeth even whiter.
