Try contacting a dental college. They offer free cleanings, etc. for students to practice, but I bet you could get more extensive work done at a low cost (probably not free, though, if you need a lot of work done.)

There is no FREE dental work. If you want to save tons of money visit a local dental college. Students need patients to work on and you pay just for supplies basically. Visit the ADA.org website and search for dental colleges in your state.
