I have a friend who really wants to gain weight. She's 110 lbs but she's like 5'10". She's tried everything from pasta, to protein shakes. Any ideas?

P.S. Personally I think she looks GREAT the way she is now, but she insists on gaining a little weight.

Maybe she has another problem? If she looks good and doesnt think so she could have a mental illness. There is treatment available, just Google it.
