Currently I am at 15% bodyfat, at 193 lbs. I can't find a suitable plan for me to cut with and maintain that level because there is so much information. Im worried about GI, complexities of carbohydrates, and what not.
Can someone please shed some light on the carbohydrate problem for me and tell me which carbohydrates are acceptable to get around 5% bodyfat?
Or if there is any information on cycling, low carb, etc?
