if you are lifting weights you probably aren't burning much fat. the best way to burn fat is by doing cardio playing sports, running around. lifting weights will help you build muscle though. if by working out you meant running then you should be sweating.

its not as much how much you sweat compared to your heart rate and where that is at. they say that if you are at 80% of your max heart rate, then you are doing good in burning fat. to find your max heart rate, minus your age by 240. ex. if your 30 you minus that against 240 and get 210 as your max heart rate. then find out what 80% of that is which ends up being 168. So that should help you out. one reason why you might not be sweating is that you are not very hydrated, or biologically speaking, it is not in your genes. some people sweat, and others dont and its really not that big of a problem.

ya it means your not burning fat. Things like running that uses every part of your systems cause you to burn fat. If your doing situps and pushups it doesnt burn fat for crap

Probably means you're dehydrated...or your not exerting yourself enough...I think you have to be well hydrated to mobilize fat cells in order for them to be an effective energy source ...
