Number one, it is unhealthy, and number too, it is impossible. There is no way the body can do this. You'd have to cut fat off the body to make this happen, or melt it off. Now you can lose 4lbs of WATER weight, but not fat weight. People worry too much about their weight on a daily basis, and this becomes a problem. If you weigh yourself in the morning after a bowel movement, and weigh yourself right before you go to bed, sure you'll be pounds heavier. Water you drank, food you ate....all will contribute to the weight.

My suggestion is DONT worry about it short term. Focus on exercising and eating right and losing a healthy 1-2lbs per week. Anything more you lose is NOT fat. Also too, your weight is not heavy at all unless you're like 4ft tall or something extremely short.

I know its not what you want to hear, but the body is physiologically unable to lose weight like that unless it is water. Even if you starve yourself for one day you wont lose 4lbs.

Again, concentrate on things one at a time and dont get discouraged and try to do the impossible. Get a start tomorrow at a clean start by running, eating good, and PREVENT future weight gain.

When a person gains a lot of weight in a short period of time it is usually water gain or that the person is "backed-up". Usually constipation is to blame so something that can relieve that can get the person's weight back to normal. If that is the case then a laxative might be in order. However, don't get carried away with it. To much for more than 1 or 2 days can lead to severe dehydration and that will lead to illness. It will bring on a Cold or Flu like illness. Follow directions.

The fastest way is to take the alkaline liquid diet.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

First it depends on what time you are weighing yourself. In the morning you weigh lighter than you do at night. Also like others have said you might be "backed up" the best way to clean yourself out is to eat leafy greens like broccoli and drink lots of water. Another thing you can do is to get a colon cleanse from the health food store. It has natural ingredients that won't harm your body (the powerful ingredient is senna) I also drink a tea named 3 Ballerina Tea it is a chinese tea that cleans you out in 3-5 hours. You can find it at an international food store. Do this and sit in the sauna for 10-15 minutes. The only thing you are going to lose is WATER weight if you follow these tips. This is only for short term quick fixes. For long term I suggest logging what you consume on a daily basis recording the amount of calories and calories from fat. This helps you not to over eat for your goal. Also, visit sparkpeople.com to help you achieve your weight goal. It has a grocery list and meal plan. Also, hungry-girl.com has WONDERFUL advice on eating out and what diet foods taste good. I hope this advice helps!!!

sure that is attainable... in case you eat next to no longer something and workout to the max. yet you will experience undesirable afterwards. additionally, the final public of what you lose would be water which you're in basic terms going to finally finally end up gaining back (plus greater) once you come back to eating many times. attempt eating minimum food (healthful ingredients in basic terms) and workout as much as you could cope with (hassle-free stuff like strolling, easy strolling, pilates etc.). additionally, drink in basic terms water and many it! You wont drop some weight as speedy even though it does artwork finally. Wait to be certain effects for no less than 2 to 3 weeks.

avoid eating diary and fruits as they bloat your stomach. YOu can lose up to 5 pounds by not eating but it'll be just water weight. once you start eating again, you will gain it back if not more. Since your metabolism slowed down.

not ony is it un-healthy
but its im-possible
I don't think you realize that 4lbs=14,000calories

If you want to run for 24hours and purge the entire day, not to mention laxatives, be my guest

oh, by the way, usually once you run for over an hour you'll get pretty light headed and end up passing out by hour 3
--that is assuming that you aren't the typical marathon runner

sounds like you could be bloated or retaining water. Try drinking MORE water to help flush things out, adding some lemon juice to your water will help act as a diuretic.
