Plastic surgery is so fake looking, even the best face jobs are obvious something's amiss, hairlines don't always hide the cuts. By your pic it looks like you've groomed quite a lot already, and you ain't as bad looking as you think ("we're our worst critics" is true!), though you could use a more natural hair do. The sprayed and sculptured look went out with big polyester lapels in the 70's and haven't been invited back since (except at airport bars and baptist churches). Try something more natural and you'll change your age and the way your face looks dramatically. The great thing about changing your cut is that you can always try something else the next day.

Just let me say this, To the people that says you need to have dignity and learn about your "inner beauty", plastic surgery is to make YOURSELF feel better about the way you look. Everybody see flaws within there features, some will let it go, others, like myself, do all that I can to keep looking good.
If plastic surgery enhances your beauty THAN GO FOR IT! Its no differnt than going to the gym and working out. You only live once, seriously, LIVE ONLY ONCE, why not want to look good? I hope you do choice plastic surgery, as long as it is what YOU want,!

There is no law that says only women can have plastic surgery, it is your choice. I personally would not even consider it because there is a risk with any surgery, and I wouldn't take the risk unnecessarily.

I don't see why women should be the only users of plastic surgery. Although it probably depends on what work you want done I guess

I wouldn't recommend it to either sex, but if you are going to do it anyway, find a board certified plastic surgeon, listen to their advice, and have as little done as you feel you need.
