They aren't major, just small pains from getting shots, waiting a couple days isn't gonna cut it, my arms are killing me. Ice? Stretches? Anything? I got them yesterday and it hurts. Thanks.

Motrin and a warm wash cloth does wonders. Sorry your hurting.

No you likes shots but I am a bit confused... You say that they are just small pains and then you tell us that your arms are killing you. Have you considered that perhaps the pain that you are currently experiencing is a result from the medicine injected and not the shot or needle? Also, I use to work in the drug business (drug company.....) and we had a product that burned like hell to many people 12 or more hours after the injection. Or perhaps this is precisely what you are speaking of.

That's all can think of....yes...try alternating ice and heating pads. Twenty minutes each with a 10-15 wait in between applications.

Take some ibuprofen (Motrin).
