I was wondering how you guys have gotten motivated to exercise in the past? I used to be big into exercise after my daughter was born but then got very sick and got out of my routine. That was a year ago and I've been unable to motivate myself to stick with it for more than a couple of weeks. I'm not really overweight but I have a tummy

I know a lot of people use this as an excuse but time is a big issue for me. I'm a single mom going to school full time, student teaching, and working. So between all of that and the piles of homework and all the household chores I'm so exhasted by the end of the day.

A simple diet can help you lose weight, but exercise is a definite need. 3 Times a week for 20 minutes each is good. My recommendation for a diet is to eat healthy, fruits are a good filler-upper, with a low calorie content, and with the water contained in them they fill you up more. Also, drink water when you are hungry. many people confuse thirst for hunger.

Believe me, i am 15, and i have lost 15 pounds on this diet in 2 months, and you dont have to make that many sacrifices.

You need to always remember what you wanna look like and how looking like that will make your life better. I imagine if you work out a little you would have more energy at the end of your day.
