I have been dieting for a while and lost weight, but my mom fears I am losing too much weight and says I need to put fat in my body for my muscles to grow ( I work-out; I only eat low-fat or fat-free foods)

Do I REALLY need to eat fattening things if I want to lose weight AND I want my muscles to grow? I have a really weird hourglass kind of figure and it makes my chest look huge, so I won't be satisfied until I lose a lot of weight >_

I had a menstrual cycle for about 8 days than stoped for 4 days than today started over,I have no pain feel GREAT and i have never had any trub"" in the past. I did have a starled shot about 4/5 weeks ago and I do take ginseng ,and a reg daily vitamen as will as I do take zolft ,,, WHAT IS UP SHOULD I BE WORRED OR IS IT JUST some thing my body needs to work out,I called my DR she said it is most likly my body changing.I am 31

I bough this DVD, "Ultimate 20 minute worksouts Target total body" by Amy Brown, so far it feels like it's working.

But can anyone tell me how many calories I've burned? Or how to figure out how many calories I have burned off doing it?

Also...has anyone else tried it and did you have success?

ive seen dr's and never told exactly what it was from i was told its e nerve problem i have a seizure disorder and am on meds.
the spasms are crippling and end up in e.r. i know when im gonna have one any one had this kinda problem?
if so is their anything i can do when i feel it coming on?

A friend of mine was attacked (we think) a few days ago. She has no memory after a certain point in the night but nobody spiked her drink. She finally got home hours later with no pants, and was taken the hospital. She's under 18 so what do the hospital or police do? Are there tests or anything to see what happened (as in was she sexually assaulted) or will she have to try to remember?

I know they can hurt you but I feel absolutly sick if a moth or butterfly gets into the house.

Moths are the worse but I don't like either.
I'm fine with spiders,bees and wasps.

I doesn't usually bother me too much but It's a pest on summers nights because I won't open a window.

and off for the past year and half whom i originally did live with for a while but couldn't handle his lifestyle so I left. I now have to move and I thought I would move in with him but as soon as mum found out she called me every name under the sun because she thinks that I will be over him in 6 months. She said i was just using him for convenience. I thought I could see him and forget about the negative things and think more positive. I do have a good time with him at times when I do see him. I can't even listen to my self anymore because my mum is so overpowering. what do I do? :( I feel I will lose alot of self esteem moving home. even though its temporary.

had one or two pimples on the face and tried to use a 0.1% retinoid cream to get rid of them, the very next morning my cheeks were COVERED in red acne marks,they are not raised bumps but actually look kind of indented,i am extremely embarressed about them and they are VERY stubborn, and have not responded at all to any topicals,advice on how to clear my skin and why they appeared overnight??
