I bough this DVD, "Ultimate 20 minute worksouts Target total body" by Amy Brown, so far it feels like it's working.

But can anyone tell me how many calories I've burned? Or how to figure out how many calories I have burned off doing it?

Also...has anyone else tried it and did you have success?

f.y.i. the workout wasn't cardio, more closer to pilates

U that ana girl? I remember u. I think you should stop worrying about how many calories you burn. Stop wasting your time doing nothing but exercising and worrying about how much you ate. Hopefully you will be able to stop these destructive behaviors and see how much happier you will be. It's fine to work out and watch what you eat, just don't obsess about it.
