Yeah, there's nothing wrong with eating it, but I wouldn't recommend replacing all your regular meals with it. If you just have it for breakfast or a snack once in a while it's fine. Just be sure to eat a balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables.

No, it's dangerous. Eat a healthy diet, drink lots of water and exercise. If you use those type of things, you are depriving your body of vital nutrients, and you'll put the weight back on when you stop using it anyway.

It's reccomended that anyone who is still developing physically should check with a doctor before starting a diet plan.
