Does it have to be apple cider? Pills or the real thing? how much?

I think it is like a tablespoon a day. Too much will erode the enamel on your teeth and make sure to brush after taking apple cider vinegar.

And as always, use portion control, a balanced diet, and exercise 30 minutes daily if you are sedentary. Exercise in general is good for everyone.

1 tablespoon 3 times a day in an 8 ounce glass of water before meals. Be sure to brush after meals. It is caustic to tooth enamel.

I have read that a tablespoon before a meal is how you are supposed to, but try adding it with water, it really burns when you drink it straight. the pills will say how much to take..
