staring at a computer screen, straining your eye lens, might be the cause. I also have this. It takes a few days to gt better again. Also in the brighter light, your eye focuses better.

oh yes, you need glasses, sorry!!!

Your body is in the process of growing up, as are your eyes. Unless you've had 20/20 vision your entire life, your vision will change dramatically by the year. If you don't need glasses already, you will, and when you do wear them, you will need a new prescription every year. However, being exhausted could contribute to this. If you realize that your vision is ONLY blurry at night when you are tired, you may just need more sleep.

However, that probably isn't the case. It is normal for one's eyes to progress worse. They will never get better unless you have laser corrective surgery.

Good luck.

Your physique is in the technique of becoming up, as are your eyes. except you have had 20/20 imaginative and prescient your finished life, your imaginative and prescient will replace dramatically with the help of the 12 months. in case you do no longer desire glasses already, you will, and once you do placed on them, you will desire a clean prescription each and every 12 months. besides the fact that if, being exhausted could make contributions to this. in case you recognize that your imaginative and prescient is merely blurry at evening once you're drained, you are able to desire to desire greater sleep. besides the fact that if, that probably isn't the case. it rather is regular for one's eyes to progression worse. they're going to never get greater effective except you have laser corrective surgical operation. sturdy success.

Interesting observation. I'm not sure the reason for this but I've noticed the same thing about my eyes.
