Note that the term Sinus refers to a hole in your head. That being said, instead of herbs, try balancing nostril flow through the following process:
1. Inhale deeply through your left nostril, covering your right.
2. Exhale completely through your right nostril, covering your left.
3. Inhale through your right nostril.
4. Switch nostrils and exhale through your left nostril.
This technique comes from Hindu tradition.
Additionally, try cleaning out your ears and placing one hand on your heart and the other on your head, to balance the bloodflow.

You do not mention the cause of the sinus conditions. My sinus problems were caused by allergies. If there is any blockage I would suggest trying nettle leaf capsules (475 mg) and bee pollen (400 mg). I use one of each with each meal and and one more of each at bedtime. I also use 1one tablespoon of local honey each day at breakfast.
