Doesn't that depend on his wheight, height and blood pressure?

It depends on your activitiy level. Energy (kcalories) eaten should balance with energy expended. Normally your diet should consist of 60% complex carbs (beans, whole grains, high fiber food). Sorry if this doesnt answer your question ,but its good advice.
Are you overweight? You dont have to be overhyped about that stuff just make sure you eat a well balanced diet and exercize, and take walks and ride bikes, if you dont like to exercize get a wii or twister.
