Often I am very tired, yet I am laying in my bed and I can't fall asleep. It seems my mind just isn't tired and I can't sleep. Besides getting up and doing something else, how can I fall asleep?

Its like I cant press on it or else i feel pain and I feel bloated when i stand up and it hurts to suck it in

I love my skin because I dont get pimples often and if I do they tend to be small so I dont worry about them but what I dislike is the fact that they dont go away fast enough. If I have a pimple it stays on for like a month even after using acne medication.
I've tried a lot of face washes, just lot of stuff and it tends to work but only the first time I use it, after that they just dont work on my skin. I've even tried to use some of my brother's ProActiv and idk it just didnt work, does anyone know of any products that truly work? Please help!

I seem to have to blow my nose at least 4 times a day, adn I'm a loud honker too. Most guys my age (32) don't seem to ever blow their nose. Anyone else like me? Also anyone else honk?

While playing sports, or moving around I feel the lips of my vagina are spaced out, I have never had sex before. I have a strange feeling that my hymen is torn....

I have a pretty small figure but my legs on the other hand are not small at all. For the most part it is muscle with some fat I can grab but not much. I think some of it may be hereditary but I mean there has got to be a way to get them to look half decent. From my calves to my ankles there are no indents its pretty much straight down, and then my knees look like the buldge a little with fat and my thighs are just big. There has got to be something... anyone got any ideas on how to get my legs to get some shape and slim down a bit...

I am going to start doing pilates for dummies and maybe some other workouts if I can find some. I come home from school and I go to sleep and I sleep until supper time. (I sleep bc I'm a very depressed person) So is it okay to excersise like a half an hour to an hour after supper? I heard somewhere that you shouldn't do this. Does anyone know if it is true? I also go to sleep because I am bored to death. I could try to stay up and excersise after school if excersing on a full stomach is bad for you.

I know that wine has many components that people can have reactions to, but I am wondering what people actually feel after a small (a glass or a part of a glass) amount of wine. Hi. I chipped my front tooth, not much. Attached is a picture. Do you think they can fill it? The most damage is occurred to the rear. The pulp isn't hurt since it didn't bleed, but it feels like a
tooth ache and it's hard to eat and sensitive to hot or cold.
