When I wear shoes for like 10-15 minutes, my left pinky toe has a "pins and needles" feeling and it is a little numb. My shoes fit me, too. What could be the problem?

1) Your shoes are too tight by the toe
2) Your weight distribution is off, making you apply more pressure to your toes.

Either way, see a podiatrist if it really bothers you.

You left pinky toe isn't getting enough room in your shoe. The circulation is being cut off causing a pins and needles feeling. You could stretch out your left shoe in the spot where your toe fits. A shoe repair shop will do that for you or you could do it yourself.

Your shoes may fit you but it sounds like your small toes might be slightly rolled under at the side of your shoe and as you walk, you are actually putting more weight on the toes while they are being pinched. You might try a slightly wider shoe.I had this same problem and what Im suggesting worked for me.I hope this works for you..

A lot. Could be nerve problems, or a number of things. Maybe the shoe has a minute little bump/ridge in it that is irratating your foot. Try different shoes. Or make sure the bottom of the shoe is flat.

Is it just a particular pair of shoes? You are probably cutting off blood flow to your foot. I used to have a certain pair shoes that if I wore for about ten minutes my big toe would go numb and get tingly feeling.

Maybe you injured it playing sports? Does it look swollen? I can suggest that you try soaking your foot in Epsom Salt.
