i really want to get a 6 pack quick but i have a gut...does anybody know of a free instructional thing or can you just tell me what to do like what to eat and what exercises to do...im 13 and many of my other friends have six packs and i want to get one too

shout at the top of your gut the words "spartans, tonight we dine in hell!" over and over again. LOL... watch the film "300" if you don't know what i mean. LOL... cheers!

being 13 will help out a great deal but there is no quick fix to a six pack. following a certain eating regimen and exercise is the only way. start off by increasing the amount of water you drink. that will help you in a few ways:1.speed up your metabolism. 2.help you flush out your system by promoting natural body waste removal(going to the bathroom!). 3.decrease your appetite which will aid in reversing the gut you now have.
Start running. that will also help. swimming helps out even better. and remember:before you start ANY Cardio workout, have a checkup with your doctor FIRST. good luck...
