I seem to have to blow my nose at least 4 times a day, adn I'm a loud honker too. Most guys my age (32) don't seem to ever blow their nose. Anyone else like me? Also anyone else honk?

Some people are different. I usually blow my nose 2-3 times per day. So, you're not alone.

Like you, l seem to blow my nose every day, normally 3-4 times a day so l always have a hanky with me everyday. I can't stand having a stuffy nose. I don't understand guys who don't have to blow their nose that often.
I don't seem to honk that much though.

I bet that you have allergies. Take some over the counter allergy meds and see if it clears up. If not then maybe you should go to the doctor.

I dont have any sinus issues so onmce a day, in the morning when I wake up, it pretty much all I do

I think we do about once a day here. Allergies are non-forgiving where I live.

your not the only one for sure.....you seem to have a sinus problem, you need to see a ear, nose and throat doctor for treatment
