avoid to take tea or coffee together with your medications as well as vitamin supplements, especially multivitamin with some combinations of minerals, various amino acids, herbal extracts. the possible interactions between them are
(1) the tannins in the tea (extract) may interact with some of the proteins or minerals, forming complex that cannot be easily absorbed.
(2) tea and coffee induce some of the metabolizing enzyme in the liver which may increase the metabolism of some drugs or these "nutrition", reduce the effect of the drug as well as shorten the drug action time in the body.

Consult your pharmacist when you buy them

Green Tea will separately enhance your health due to the antioxidant value. I take a nutritional supplement that is liquid, contains Green Tea extract (decaffeinated) and Aloe, with Mangosteen and a complete multivitamin.
