I have a pretty small figure but my legs on the other hand are not small at all. For the most part it is muscle with some fat I can grab but not much. I think some of it may be hereditary but I mean there has got to be a way to get them to look half decent. From my calves to my ankles there are no indents its pretty much straight down, and then my knees look like the buldge a little with fat and my thighs are just big. There has got to be something... anyone got any ideas on how to get my legs to get some shape and slim down a bit...

the only thing you can do is to reduce the current level of body fat until you see the desired results in your legs.

you can't spot reduce fat so performing various exercises will strengthen the legs but has no effect on fat loss in that area.
