Ok, I need to go on a diet. I've been trying to eat better for a while, but I'm hovering at around 185, and I wanna get to around 160 by the middle of May. I got them cereal bars for breakfast, but what should I do about the rest of the day, cause when I get restless I tend to snack out, and that's not good. Any advice?

what do u guys wear at night? i ve tried it all and i cant stand it i can only sleep naked which is ok since i live alone but soon ill be moving with my parents and i cant keep up with this! what do u think about sleeping naked?

a day at the beach has left my face loose.i can pinch and roll all my skin. NO ELASTISITY whatsoever+skin between my nose and top lip has sunken inwards .any suggestions please before i go and waste my money on treatments that probably wont help :)

I have several cuts/scratches on my arm in one area, and i need to know the fastest way for them to heal without scarring ( I would like to wear short sleeves this summer! :-) ) They are not very deep at all, and are kind of almost like cat scratches, I have tried keeping gauze taped over it with neosporin over the scratches, but everytime I take them off to change it, I end up pulling skin off where the medical tape was, thus worsening the problem. For surface wounds, is a bandage even neccessary? They don't bleed at all, and are already closed. If a bandage and antibiotic would lessen the chances of scarring, I'll just deal with it. Thanks :-D

hi i just wanna ask if anti biotics will affect your oral contraceptive? coz my dentist prescribed amoxicillin to me because i need it to help get rid of my toothache.. but im currently taking Lutera birth control pills... me and my husband had intercourse yesterday and its been 5 days since the last day of my last period... i believe its safe to have sex 7 days after you had your period...i wanted to take Emergency contraceptive but i dont know if that will be effective... please help me.. thanks

Well, I don't eat breakfast, and i eat a little for lunch, but then for a snack I eat a LOT of stuff. And i go outside and run around a lot and practice soccer a lot. But i don't think im losing any weight or losing any calories i eat. I need to lose weight. My brothers are always calling me FAT names. They eat more than me and they are skinny. I know, they have a high metabolism, but it really hurts and maybe i should go outside more, have no snacks, I don't know. I'm very confused. Does lemon juice work? What does it do? HELP PLEASE!!!!

I have a really hard time swallowing pills. I have only been able to swallow one pill in my life and that was after about 10-20 minutes of gulping down water, trying to get it down. So, is there anyway I could make swallowing pills easier for me?
I've tried crushing them up and putting them in my water, but I end up puking five seconds after drinking the water.
