I like a nice smile, mild crookedness doesn't matter, but if she's snaggle-toothed, it tends to draw the wrong kind of attention.
But, a lot of guys aren't looking at your teeth...

Only if it's a dental necessity. Things like over crowding, under bite, overbite and jaw disorders. A little bit if tooth crookedness never hurt anybody. You see some moms and dads want to enable their children to have the straightest teeth possible. In my opinion it's carried a bit too far these days as tooth straightening is a matter of vanity especially for young ladies. I guess straight refrigerator white teeth are important to parents as they want to make their daughters Cinderella smiles look good for their future boyfriends, fiances and husbands.

Depends how bad we're talking here.
I knew a girl in university who had this one long eye tooth that stuck right into her mouth. Pretty cute apart from that. I might have dated her if we were single in spite of it, but I couldn't look at her without thinking of the damage it might do. Who knows, maybe her boyfriend found the risk made it more exciting ;)

To a degree no, but nothing to extravagant! Sometimes it can actually be an attractive attribute depending on the look and the girl!

No, I find some imperfection a turn on. Personality is more important.
