If your skin was just dry, but really, really dry, it would crack. So, highly probable that dehydrated skin won't effectively explain your face changes. If your description is accurate and your skin is actually sunken in places and sagging (i.e., no elasticity), I would get to a doc ASAP. These symptoms don't sound like they can be explained by dry skin or sun exposure. Perhaps these seemingly serious symptoms are underlying a physical medical malady. See your family doctor.

If there is no physical etiology underlying these symptoms, only a dermatologist will be able to effectively diagnose and appropriately treat your skin condition.

here statements are actually not clinical advice. I quite have in no way heard of all and sundry with dementia getting severly dehydrated speedier than all and sundry else. i might have self assurance that the wonderful dehydration could be in keeping with those 3 issues: one million. How plenty water a individual takes in. 2. How warm or humid the temperature is exterior. 3. How long a individual is exterior in the warmth.
