I'm addicted to sweets and I cant stop eating them any suggetions.

if you reduce your body fat to below average levels you can eat all the sweets you want.

once you gain control of body fat you can enjoy a lot more foods with out paying the price (weight gain).

Try eating sweet fruits instead of other sweet foods (junk food). Try grapes, cantaloupe, papaya, kiwi, pineapple. These are some of my favorite fruits, they are very sweet and very good for the body.I would just try different fruits until you find the ones that can fulfill that sweet tooth you've got.
