First of all, don't expect this to go away overnight no matter what you try.
Eat yogurt. It has HEALTHY bacteria that will help.
If you have the money - purchase AZO Yeast. All AZO products are EXCELLENT - especially if you ever get a urinary tract infection, that AZO Standard is the BEST out there!
I have heard inserting the yogurt inside via a turkey baster does work, but I never tried that.
Stay away from sugar! If you must sweeten something, only use honey or Stevia.

eat yogurt. And also you can buy an over the counter yeast infection cream, like monistat. Hope this helps.

Turkey baster filled with plain yogurt. Inject (do not eat it) and wait about 15 minutes before washing. Sounds gross but it works. The lactic acid kills the yeast.

I don't know of any HOME remedies, but there are a lot of over the counter meds that work well.

Do a yeast buster cleanse, eliminate all sweets , processed foods, and eat lots of suger free plain yogurt with active live cultures.good luck!!!!!!11

none, get a otc cream or talk to your doctor, eating yoghourt will only get more yeast into your body, drink lots of water, though!
