I am 27 and my face is breaking out so bad. It is scarring also. I never have had acne in my life, I barely broke out as a teen. It is mainly around my the sides of my face and my jaws. I have tried everything that Clinique makes. My face has been like this for about a year now.

I am 5'5 and weigh around 105 lbs. I am also a ballet dancer, so i have lots of muscle. althought my stomach and arms are very toned, i feel like my legs are HUGE compared to the rest of my body. Is there any excerices that can help me to loose weight off my legs, or any diets that will help with this. oh yeah, I am also a health freak, so i dont mind trying anything healthy. Thank you!!!

I'm 23 years old and constantly battling with my weight. All through high school I was so little..under 95 pounds..now no matter what I do I can't get the weight off. I yo-yo all the time. One day I'll be 131 and two days later I'm back at 140..what the heck? Also, is 140 for my size considered overweight? One problem is that my chest is very large, which is probably why guys still say I look good but I'm so self-concious of my stomach that I don't even want my boyfriend to see me in a swim suit. My boyfriend travels all the time and I haven't seen him in over a month. I'm scared when I see him, he'll think I've gotten fat, since I've gained eight pounds since he left. Any suggesions on how to lose this weight and how long it will take..I'm desperate!!!

Ok I do 8 sets of 200 lbs bench press (first set I put up 11 reps, 2nd set I put up 6, after that the rest 6 sets I get it up to 5 reps). *All of which is completed in 15 mins* Is this routine enough for me to keep gaining muscle in the designated area or should I add more weight? (I mean doing the same weight from this point on, but gradually increase the reps & sets, would this w/out increasing weight increase muscle size & strenght?)

I have severe anxiety, migraines,OCD, Bi-polar, ADHD,depression and high cholestrol,High blood pressure, which is around160/105. How do I get him to understand he is going to give me a heart attack? I think he thinks BP means nothing. I am only 21 and I feel like I wanna die. The doctors dont care, and I cant live like this anymore. I cant stop crying, I hurt all the time, especially when we argue. My head and chest hurts... all the way up my arm. My grandfather died at 49 from a heart attack and my mom had her first one in her early 30s. Can I have a heart attack soon? He thinks I am just joking when I say he is killing me, but Im not, between the suicidal and the head and chest pain, I dont know which is worse!!!

Whenever I get upset my chest and head hurts the most. I feel as if I almost cant breath both in my chest and like someone is choking me...

Please Help!

I was just outside playing and i was running back when i ran over a nail sticking out of a board.I pulled my shoes and socks off and ran in.Blood only came out once and it wasn't but a drop or two.Then i cleaned it with rubbing alcohol and made sure there wasn't any dirt on it.I can pretty much walk on it now but i'm worried that i might get an infection or something from the rusty nail even though i'm up to date with my technis shots.And help would be great thanks.

my whole body when i wake up feels very sore and i cant move..then durin the day it gets a lil better...the parts that hurt are my arms..legss..stomach..sumtimes chest.. i do have very bad anxiety. and i believe it may be that...its been hurtin i noticed since my friend passed away in january.. what can it be...my doctor did a sonogram of my heart..stomach..the organs and came back normal..i also noticed it dont hurt when i am drinkin alcohol.,,, can any1 helppp??

....... - my friend joe was at the dentist, he had to get the gas for his treatment, when he woke up he felt there was something not quite right but it was not his teeth. Anyway he never thought anything about it until he went for a wee and his boxers were on back to front.

I'm 17 year old male and I have problems with my hands, they are always cold sometimes they even look purple? This has been going on for a while. My hands are especially cold in winter even if I'm in the house the whole day. Not enough Iron in my blood or something? One of my friends said I should consider going to the doctor? Also my wrist on my left hand hurts everyone once and a while and I can't bend my wrist very far when this happens. Pain soon goes away in a day or two but I have no idea what causes it in the first place?

I have long arms (if that helps with anything) (height 6 ft) (weight 163lb)
