Stomach pain & Cramps?

My mother complains that her stomach feels tight cramp and pain it's more cramping than pain.

And she doesn't have regular bowel movements.

she is probably constipated. pepto or milanta is good for that. if problem persist use alka seltzer

I would go to the doctor.
