I'm 23 years old and constantly battling with my weight. All through high school I was so little..under 95 pounds..now no matter what I do I can't get the weight off. I yo-yo all the time. One day I'll be 131 and two days later I'm back at 140..what the heck? Also, is 140 for my size considered overweight? One problem is that my chest is very large, which is probably why guys still say I look good but I'm so self-concious of my stomach that I don't even want my boyfriend to see me in a swim suit. My boyfriend travels all the time and I haven't seen him in over a month. I'm scared when I see him, he'll think I've gotten fat, since I've gained eight pounds since he left. Any suggesions on how to lose this weight and how long it will take..I'm desperate!!!

Drink water, try to replace all your drinks with water as much as you can. It really does work. It might take a month or so though.

I am also 23 and 5'4 and i weigh 150 lbs.It goes up and down.Im so depressed because like you I was so small when i was younger with a large chest. Now I have gained this extra stomach and my breast keep getting bigger.Yeah guys are like nice chest but I just cant stand it. I want to be small again.I know I use to take phentermine but its not healthy for you and its hard to get.The best thing for you to do that I am also doing, is go to your doctor and talk to him/her about your weight. They know whats best usually. The most important thing is to watch what you eat. I have totally cut out fast food. I started walking. And I cut out soda and started drinking water which i really hate. If i want something sweet or crave anything besides soda because thats the one thing the i gave up...I eat it.Just not alot of it. You cant deprive yourself from what you love.Youll just binge once you get it. Write what you eat down. And remeber, it doesnt happen over night. One day I will be a healthy 125 gal. Im determined!!!!

I'm in a similar boat with you as far as body size goes (and I'm 22) so I understand where you're coming from. I weighed around 100 pounds at 5'4'' and looked thin but healthy. I had a baby nearly two years ago and gained 70 pounds of FAT!!! Right now I'm down to about 115-120 (depending on the scale I use). I have love handles going on and a bit of a belly when I sit down or am "in bed" with my husband. I hate having a belly and the love handles - I miss having my thin figure but am almost back to it. Here's what I've been doing to loose all that weight:
1. Before all else, make sure you are eating a balanced diet. Make sure you are getting enough of all the major food groups. Here is a list of what you should be eating from most to least.
- vegetables
- fruits
- whole grains (no white bread or pastas!)
- lean proteins
- good oils (extra virgin olive oil is most popular)
2. make sure you are eating breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack.
3. don't eat within two hours of bed time (if you go to bed at 11pm, stop eating by 9pm)
4. You MUST work out. Exercise will really burn those pounds. I prefer just going to the gym on a regular schedule and getting on the treadmill for at least 30 minutes, five times a week. Whatever it is you do to exercise, you need to feel your heart pound, your breathing quicken, and sweat!

The combination of diet and exercise is what makes the weight come off (take it from a person who has recently lost 50 pounds!)

You have to committ to eating healthy EVERY DAY! and exercising at least 3 times a week. If you do one without the other- it will take you much longer to loose the weight.

Also, you have to make sure you are eating healthy foods that you like. If anyone goes on an extreme diet that isn't very tasty- they won't last long. If you make sure you're still getting foods you like then you'll be less likely to cheat on your diet. Here are a few foods that I rely on to stay healthy and keep from cheating:

- a handful of salted nuts
- small squares of dark chocolate
- salted sunflower seeds
- fat free yoplait yogurts in all the dessert flavors
- water with lemon

If you want to loose about 30 pounds, it's realistic to do it in 90 days if you are really working at it and aren't cheating/skipping exercise.

The first three weeks are hard because it takes about that long for your body to get used to a regular exercise program and for you to get used to eating only healthy foods. If anything, commit to three weeks. If you don't want to continue after three weeks- then you don't want to loose the weight bad enough.

Stay away from excess sugars and fats and good luck!

With your chest being large you are probably at a healthy weight at 140. My suggestion is to drink a lot of water and try skipping lunch or dinner. A lot of times I'll get really busy and forget to eat and the next day that is reflected on the scale. It's pretty sweet.

Losing 35 pounds will take at least 5 months, if you want to lose it and keep it off. Trying to lose it quickly will only lead to more yo-yo effects. Personally I dont think a woman of your height needs to weigh any less than 110, but you know yourself best, and what weight you feel best at. Good luck!

confident, i might have faith it. you're thicker interior the middle and thighs. I appeared at various the photographs on your album. You seem suited interior the robe that's black in on the backside a million/2 and has purple vegetation on the proper. this has a tendency to shrink your thicker mid section and brings seen interest on your boobs that are a stable asset. it could be somewhat extra clever to have the robe bypass somewhat decrease to easily above the knee to elongate out the entire mid section out of your thighs on your chest.
