yes it is the anxiety causing all of you symptoms. Drinking takes off a little but when its over it just make u feel more down. Tell u what go to the pharmacist and get this thing called "FISH OIL".It will help u with the stress, anxiety, depression etc. it helps with a lot of things. I hope u really go and get it because its real good for u. Give about a week and it would work. Its better than going to the doctor.

Hey bryan. yes. physical pain is definately a symptom of mental anxiety. I know this because i have anxiety problems. About your friend though, my most sincere sympathy is with you on that. And such a disasterous situation as that, definately contributes to anxiety. My best guess is that you are so sore because of the anxiety. what i would do i talk to a close friend about your friend. or maybe a counselor. Talking about things, or writing them down. finding some sort of outlet for your anxiety greatly improves the way your mind and body work. And you'll emotionally be more stable and less anxious. so good luck. If you'd like to talk to a random person about your friends death. e mail me. im a good listener. =) diamondeyes48@yahoo.com
again... good luck,

Anxiety can cause your muscles to contract.

Learn relaxation techniques such as yoga, deep breathing etc.

The alcohol is numbing and you are having fun.
